At Colorado Quality LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with Screenshot Perfector. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions (Perfect Screenshot Plus and Perfect Screenshot Premium) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if:

  • You have used fewer than 10 credits
  • You have not processed more than 5 screenshots
  • This is your first subscription purchase (not a renewal)

Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period is non-refundable.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You have used fewer than 50 credits
  • You have not processed more than 25 screenshots
  • This is your first annual subscription purchase

The refund amount will be calculated as: (Annual Price / 12) × Remaining Months - Usage Fees

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

2. One-Time Credit Purchase Refunds

One-time credit purchases are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if:

  • You have not used any of the purchased credits
  • You have not processed any screenshots using those credits

Once credits are used, they are non-refundable. Unused credits never expire.

3. Free Tier

The Perfect Screenshot Free tier is free of charge and does not involve any payment. No refunds are applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond via email. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to your subscription credits until the period ends
  • No future charges will be made
  • Your account reverts to the Free tier after the period ends
  • Unused credits from the subscription do not carry over (one-time purchase credits never expire)

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Subscription renewals (automatic recurring charges)
  • Usage beyond the refund eligibility thresholds
  • Requests made after the refund window has closed
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (subjective quality)
  • Change of mind after extensive usage
  • Duplicate purchases (contact us for resolution, not automatic refund)

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We reserve the right to terminate your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent
  • Chargeback fees may be deducted from any refund owed

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Refunds for subscriptions purchased with promotional codes or discounts will be calculated based on the discounted price paid, not the regular price.

9. Referral Credits

Referral credits awarded through our referral program are:

  • Non-refundable and have no cash value
  • Subject to revocation if referrals are found to be fraudulent
  • Not eligible for transfer or exchange

10. Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:

  • We may offer service credits or extend your subscription period
  • Refunds for service interruptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Minor outages (less than 24 hours) do not qualify for refunds

11. Downgrade Policy

If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are issued for the difference
  • You retain access to your current tier until the period ends

12. Upgrade Policy

If you upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier:

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately
  • You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
  • Your next full charge will be at the new tier's price

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Refund requests are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
